From hands-on kimchi-making classes to cultural workshops, the Kimchi School offers a rich variety of programs for everyone. Whether you love Korean cuisine or want to explore a new culture, you’re warmly invited!

You’ll also have the chance to learn directly from Grand Kimchi Master Ha Yeon Lee, with the program curated by Global Kimchi Ambassador Justina Jang. Discover the artistry of both traditional and modern kimchi-making!

This project, a collaboration between Gwangju Namgu, Kingston Council, Gwangju MBC and KBCE aims to foster cultural exchange and bring the essence of Korean cuisine to the UK.
