Making Kimchi - Step Two : Soak cabbages in brine

Four litters of water

1kg of sea salt

 

Cut the cabbage in half and soak them in brine.

Sprinkle salt over the cabbages.

Leave them for five ~ six hours until the cabbages got softened.
